Page 1: H.E. 4 Me - Booking Form
Aimhigher has created an exciting new free programme of events for young people in the West Midlands who are currently in care, or have been in care. H.E. 4 Me is a programme which aims to inspire and inform young people of the opportunities available at higher education, while highlighting the support available for those with care experience.
The next H.E. 4 Me event invites care experienced young people in Year 9 and 10 to the University of Worcester on Wednesday 29 March 2023. We invite young people to join us to gain insight into university, explaining how this can be an option for their future should they decide this is right for them. We will share information on student life, as well as how to budget and manage money while studying at university. Young people will have the chance to speak to current university students, visiting the Lakeside campus for some outdoor fun! We will also be joined by Propel, who will be delivering a session on 'Skills in Higher Education'.
There is no cost to this event and lunch will be provided for all attendees. Please let us know if you would require financial support to cover travel costs to attend this event.
The event will take place 9.30am - 2pm approx. Young people will need to be accompanied by at least one school staff member or carer per school.
If you would like to book places for care experienced young people at your school, please book a space(s) using this form.
